B811 MedTrans is a local family-owned business that provides high-quality, reliable non-emergency medical transportation services to passengers in the Northern California area. As the owner of an Independent Living Service business and with over 15 years in the healthcare industry, Roslyn Taggart saw a need to be filled after her clients expressed concern about how difficult it is to get rides to their medical appointments.

The mission of B811 MedTrans is to provide reliable non-emergency medical transportation service in a safe, peaceful, and supportive environment. We strive to deliver, high-quality resources with a trained workforce in well-maintained fully insured, clean vehicles to both medical and non-medical destinations.
We prefer 48 hours’ notice but will consider any trip request. We will do our best to fulfill every request!
Important:
If your pickup address is outside of our operational radius, we ask that you request your trip within a 72-hour notice. We may accept trips on short notice depending on availability, so if you need to get somewhere today, request a trip and give us a call right away for confirmation.
